Zylux Announces Significant Upgrades to Transducer Development and
Manufacturing Capabilities

The Zylux Acoustic Corporation has been a major player in loudspeaker
development and manufacturing for nearly 30 years; developing and manufacturing
millions of loudspeakers for Car Audio, PC speakers, TV, iPod, Satellite Radio,

Recently, Zylux management spearheaded a company wide commitment and focus to

Zylux is in the midst of purchasing and installing 2 semiautomatic transducer

leading transducer/acoustic engineers in the industry; Mr. Robert G. Diamond
will take the lead at Zylux in design and development of loudspeaker technology.
Bob is an accomplished transducer engineer and product development specialist,
with over 20 years of in depth experience in loudspeaker development with Cerwin
Vega, JBL Professional and Jensen International.
As founder and president of Diamond Audio Technology, Bob created a brand
recognized throughout the automotive aftermarket industry for high end, high
quality audio electronics and loudspeaker products. Zylux is confident that he
will have an immediate impact on their development and manufacturing of all
loudspeaker applications. Bob will most certainly bolster the Zylux position as
a leading OEM/ODM loudspeaker manufacturer.
Bob will be a driving force behind Zylux dedication to expanding their Auto OEM,
Car Aftermarket and core loudspeaker business. He has designed and developed
Consumer, Home Theater, Automotive Aftermarket and Professional audio products
as well as researched and designed transducers for OEM automotive audio systems
for Honda, Mazda, Ford and others. Bob’s direction on Zylux’ loudspeaker design,

Zylux Announces Opening of New US Headquarters

Today, Zylux America, Inc. announced the opening of their new office located in Newport Beach, California. This new facility will serve as the US Headquarters for Zylux America Inc. and coupled with the existing East Coast sales office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, allows Zylux to better serve their vast US customer base.

Zylux Launches Effort to Reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions

Zylux is committed to being a responsible participant in the global marketplace.
Our manufacturing and operations facilities have always maintained a strong
focus on minimizing environmental impact as well as providing a safe work
environment for our employees.
In September 2007, Zylux made the additional commitment to significantly reduce
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in efforts to improve climate change. Zylux is
fully committed to continuing the effort and will take significant actions to
reduce GHG emissions as well as identify opportunities to achieve emissions
reduction targets.
Zylux has also begun to integrate environmental performance into all aspects of
overall business and operational management. With these initiatives to impact
climate change, Zylux top executives are committed to minimizing our climate
risk and have taken charge of the implementation of emissions reduction
strategies.
In 2006, our indirect C02 emission was 3355 metric tons. Zylux projects a year
on year reduction of 10% in 2007. Zylux has been proactive in undertaking the
following environmental programs:
i) Company wide power savings initiative.
ii) Lead free facilities since Q4 2004.
iii) OSHAS 140000 certification.

Zylux enters into HD Radio
Bridgeville, Pennsylvania February 1, 2005
Zylux has signed on as a licensee for HD Radio technology, and is currently
working with some of our customers to develop new HD Radio products. This
exciting new technology provides a tremendous improvement in FM and especially
AM broadcast sound quality. Both AM and FM HD format broadcasts can now provide
auxiliary text information such as station ID and textual program material. In
addition, FM stations broadcasting HD programming can offer secondary
programming on up to four sub-channels (“multi-casting”), and can also
accommodate surround broadcasts. The format is also particularly effective at
eliminating the multi path problems that plague FM reception in automobiles.
Ibiquity Digital, the developer of the HD format, so far has thousands of radio
stations broadcasting HD format in all the major markets across the U.S., with
many more scheduled to light up in the coming months.\ While consumers will need
to buy an HD radio to benefit from this new format, no subscription is
required. In addition to the U.S. market, HD is scheduled to appear soon in
Brazil as well as other countries.
